Consumer had ordered for a Teak wood Pooja cabinet to be made in June, 2021 and had paid ₹ 95000/-. However in middle of the work the interior designing firm that was executing the manufacturing of the cabinet stopped responding. They neither completed the work nor were refunding the amount.

As the designing company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to them, and after sending reminders, the company responded that “We delivered the Pooja cabinet to the customer.
